Özet
Nevüs lipomatozus süperfisiyalis; orta ve alt dermiste ektopik adipoz doku ile karakterize nadir, idiyopatik adipoz konnektif nevüstür. İki klinik tipi tanımlanmıştır. Klasik form; multipl grup oluşturan nodül ve/veya plaklar içerir. İkincisi soliter form olup deri renginde, tek nodül olarak görülür. Bu yazıda 24 yaşında bir erkek hastanın gluteal bölgesinde bulunan ve histopatolojik olarak nevus lipomatozus ile uyumlu olan bir olgu sunulmuş ve literatür bilgileri gözden geçirilmiştir.
Abstract
Naevus lipomatosus superficialis is a rare, idiopathic, adipose connective naevus characterised by ectopic adipose tissue in mid and lower dermis. Two clinical subtypes have been described. Classical form consists of multiple grouped nodules and/ or plaques. The second one is the solitary form that presents as a single, skin coloured nodule. In this report, a 24 year -old man with naevus lipomatosus superficialis is presented and reviewed with the literature .
