Lichen planus pemphigoides: Bir olgu sunumu

Özet

Lichen planus pemphigoides, nadir görülen büllü bir dermatozdur. büller, liken planus papüllerinde veya klinik olarak tutulum olmayan deride yer alır. Hislopalolojide subepidermal bül, direkt immünofloresan incelemede ise bazal membran zorunda lineer lgG ve C3 birikimi gözlenir Burada, liken planus pemfigoidesi olan 40 yasında kadın hastayı bildiriyoruz. Bu hastada, liken planus lezyonları büllü lezyonlara öncülük etmiş olup büller oldukça sınırlı alanlarda yer almaklaydı. Sistemik kortikosleroid de hasta başarılı bir şekilde tedavi edilmiştir.

Abstract

Lichen planus pemphigoides, is a rare dermaıosis characterized by hullae arising on lichen planus papules and on clinically uninvolved skin, suhepidermal hullae in histopalliology and linear deposits of IgG and C3 along basal membrane zone on direct immunofluorescencc. We present a 40 year old woman who has lichen planus pemphigoides. In our patient, lichen planus lesions preceded bullous lesions and she hail blisters in limited areas. She was successfully treated with syslemii corticosteroid therapy.
