Özet
Amaç: Kalça kırığı nedeniyle tedavi edilen 65 yaş üstü hastalarda kısa ve uzun dönemde mortalité oranlarının tahmin edilebilmesinde kullanılacak bir risk skorlama sistemi geliştirmek ve geliştirilen risk skorlama sisteminin, mortalite oranları ile ilişkisini tespit etmek. Metod: 1997-1999 yılları arasında Şişli Etfal Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi 2. Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Kliniğinde kalça kırığı nedeniyle tedavi edilen. 152 adet 65 yaş üstü hastadan, son durumu öğrenilebilen 92 adedinin, hastanede kalış döneminde, 3. ayda, 6. ayda, 1. ve 2. yılın sonunda mortalite oranları ve mortalite oranlarının ameliyat öncesi risk skoru ile ilişkisi prospektif olarak değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Hastaların ameliyat sonrası durumlarının tahmin edilebilmesi için genel durumlarını ortaya koyan ve tüm risk faktörlerini içeren puanlama sistemi yararlı bir gereçtir. Kullandığımız ameliyat öncesi risk skorlama sisteminin hasta/arın ameliyat sonrası durumlarını tahmin etmede güvenilir olduğunu gördük.
Abstract
Objectives: Development of a risk scoring system in order to predict the mortality rates in long and short term of the patients over 65 years old who were treated for hip fracture and proving the relation between risk scoring system and mortality rates. Method: Mortality rates in 3rd. month, 6th. month, 12th. month, 24th. month, 36th. month and 72.nd month and relations between mortality rates and preoperative risk scores were evaluated in 92 of 152 patients over 65 years old who were treated for hip fracture between 1997-1999 in Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital in 2nd. Orthpaedics and Traumalology Clinic. Results: Risk scoring system which consists of all risk factors and making clear the general conditions of the patients is a useful tool for predicting the conditions of the patiets after operation. We saw that the preoperative risk scoring system we used is reliable to predict the postoperative conditions
