Özet

Duodenumun peptik ülser nedeniyle posteriordan perforasyonuna bağlı retroperitoneal apse klinik pratikte oldukça ender görülen bir problemdir. Literatürde klinik belirti ve bulgularına dair oldukça az bilgi yer almaktadır. Bu olgu sunumunda literatür verileri derlenerek peptik ülsere bağlı posterior duodenal perforasyon ile ilişkili retroperitoneal apse vakası sunulmuştur.

Abstract

Retroperitoneal abscess associated with a posterior perforation of the duodenum due to peptic ulcer disease is extremely rare problem in clinical practice. There are scarce data about its clinical signs and symptoms in the literature. We report a case of retroperitoneal abscess associated with a posterior perforation of the duodenum due to peptic ulcer disease and review the literature.
