Özet
Anterior sakral meningosel (ASM) sakrum ön duvarındaki kemik defektinden meningeal membranlar ve beyin omurilik sıvısının herniasyonu ile karakterize nadir bir konjenital anomalidir. Hastalar genellikle pelvik kitle ile ilgili kronik konstipasyon ve üriner rahatsızlıklar gibi semptomlar gösterirler. Bu makalede ASM vakasının radyolojik bulguları sunuldu.
Abstract
Anterior sacral meningocele is a rare congenital malformation by the herniation of meningeal membranes and cerohrospinal fluid through a bone defect in the anterior sacral wall.Patients usually present with symptoms related to the pelvic mass itself, such as chronic constipation and urinary disturbances.In this paper, we present radiologic findings of a case of ASM.
