Özet

İnsanlık tarihinin en önemli icatlarından birisi kuşkusuz paradır. Para, insanların alışverişlerine yardımcı olan bir araç olmuştur. Zaman içerisinde siyasî ve iktisadî hâkimiyet sembolü haline de dönüşmüştür. Aynı zamanda dinî ve ideolojik propaganda vasıtası işlevini de yerine getiren para, tüm devlet ve toplumlar için tarihin her döneminde çok önemli bir yer işgal etmiştir. Bu açıdan İslâm Kültür ve Medeniyet Tarihi’nde, ilk İslâm paralarının tedavüle giriş sürecinin ortaya konulması son derece önemlidir. Bu makalemizde, İlk İslâm paralarının tedavüle giriş sürecini ele aldık. Bu süreci; üç dönem içerisinde, beş evre/aşamada inceledik. Birinci dönem; İslâm Öncesi Cahiliye dönemi, İkinci dönem; İslâmî Dönem (Hz. Peygamber, Hulefâ‐i Râşidîn ve Abdülmelik b. Mervan Dönemine Kadar), Üçüncü dönem; Abdülmelik b. Mervân Dönemi. Tedavüle giriş evre/aşamaları ise birinci evre/aşama; Hz. Peygamber dönemi, ikinci evre/aşama; Hz. Ömer dönemi, üçüncü evre/aşama; Hz. Osman ve Hz. Ali dönemleri, dördüncü evre/aşama; Hulefâ‐i Râşidîn devrinden, Emevi halifesi Abdülmelik b. Mervan devrine kadar geçen dönem, beşinci evre/aşama; Abdülmelik b. Mervan dönemi.

Abstract

Money is undoubtedly one of the most important inventions in the history of mankind. It has been a tool that helps people to shop. The money has become a symbol of political and economic dominance over time. At the same time, the money that fulfilled the function of religious and ideological propaganda has occupied a very important place in all periods of history for all states and societies. In this respect, it is very important in Islamic Culture and Civilization History that the introduction of the first Islamic money into the process of entry to the economy. In this article, I have discussed the process of entry into the circulation of the first Islamic money. I studied this process in three periods and in five‐stage. The first period; Pre Islamic period of ignorance. The second period; the Islamic period (Hz. Prophet, Hulefâ‐i Râshidîn and until the period of AbdalMalik b. Marwan). The third period; period of Abdülmelik b. Marwan. The input stages of circulation; the first stage; the era of the Prophet. The second stage; the era of Omar. The third stage; Osman and Ali periods. The fourth stage; from the period of Hulefâ‐i Râshidîn until the period of Umayyad Caliph Abdal‐Malik b. Marwan. The fifth stage; Abdal‐Malik b. Marwan.
