F.H. Jacobi’nin Aydınlanmacı Rasyonalizm Eleştirisi Üzerine Bir Değerlendirme

Özet

Friedrich Heinrich Jacobi 18. ve 19. Yüzyıl Alman felsefesi ve Aydınlanma düşüncesi açısından oldukça önemli bir fiozoftr.Özellikle Kant ve Spinoza felsefesinde ortaya çıkan akıl, Tanrı ve evren anlayışlarına getirdiği eleştirilerle Aydınlanma projesiningidişatını doğrudan etkilemiştir. Bu bağlamda Jacobi’nin eleştirilerinin Aydınlanma düşüncesinin felsef macerasına etkisinin çifyönlü bir biçimde geliştiğini ifade etmek yanlış olmaz. Jacobi özellikle Aydınlanmacı akıl anlayışına getirdiği radikal eleştiriler ilebir yandan hem çağın anti rasyonalist ya da irrasyonalist düşüncelerine kaynaklık etmiş diğer yandan bu radikal eleştirilere cevapverme çabası içine giren Aydınlanma felsefesini, özellikle de Alman İdealizmini yeni bir pozisyon alma gerekliliği ile yüzleştirmiştir.Bununla birlikte Jacobi’nin Aydınlanmacı akıl eleştirilerinin etkilerinin sadece kendi çağıyla sınırlı kalmadığına da işaret etmekelzemdir. Bu bağlamda Jacobi’nin eleştirileri kendinden sonraki Aydınlanma eleştirlerine de doğrudan ya da dolaylı olarak ciddietkiler bırakmıştır. Tüm bu önemine rağmen, özellikle Türkçe literatürde Jacobi’nin felsef pozisyonunu tahlil etmeyi amaçlayanhiçbir çalışma olmaması olumsuz bir durumdur. Bu makalede Jacobi’nin Aydınlanmacı rasyonalizm eleştirilerine odaklanılacakve bu bağlamda fiozofun Batı felsefe geleneği içindeki pozisyonu tespit edilmeye çalışılacaktır.

Abstract

Friedrich Heinrich Jacobi was a signifiant philosopher in terms of 18th and 19th Century German Philosophy and Enlightenment Thught. Especially, through with critics of concepts of reason, God and the universe that emerge in Kant and Spinoza philosophy, he directly inflenced the course of Enlightenment Project. In this context, it would not be wrong to state that the inflence of Jaco- bi’s critiques on the philosophical adventure of the Enlightenment thought developed in two ways. Jacobi, in particular, through his radical critiques of the Enlightenment, on the one hand was the source of anti-rationalist or irrationalist ideas of the age, on the other hand confronted the Enlightenment philosophy, especially German Idealism, in an effrt to respond to these radical criti- cisms. However, it is essential to point out that the effcts of Jacobi’s critique of Enlightenment reason are not limited to his own age. In this context, Jacobi’s critiques have had direct or indirect serious effcts on the critics of the Enlightenment aftr him. However, it is a negative situation that there is no study aimed at analyzing his philosophical position especially in Turkish literature. Our purpose in this article, to focus on Jacobi’s critiques of Enlightenment rationalism and in this context to try to determine Jacobi’s position in the tradition of Western philosophy
