Erkek çorap boğazının ayağa basıncını etkileyen faktörlerin incelenmesi

Özet

Çorap mamullerinin önemli özelliklerinden birisi kullanım sırasında onun boğazının ayağı acıtacak derecede fazla sıkmamasıdır. Bundan dolayı çorap mamulleri boğazının kapsadığı alana normal basıncının irdelenmesi ön plana çıkmaktadır. Bu makalede, erkek çorap boğazının ayağa normal basıncını etkileyin faktörlerin teorik ve deneysel incelenmesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Basıncı etkileyen faktörler olarak boğazın örgü yapısı, boğazı oluşturan zemin ve elastik ipliklerin cinsi, numaraları kabul edilmiştir. Özellikle, pamuk ve naylon ipliklerinden üretilen erkek çorap boğazının elastik iplik olarak lastik ve spandeks (elastan) ipliklerin kullanımı sırasında çorap boğazının vücuda basıncını etkileyen faktörler: zemin ve elastik ipliklerin ilmek iplik uzunlukları ve iplik numaraları, çorap boğazının kapsadığı ayak bileğinin uzunluğu ve yıkama faktörü ele alınmıştır. Araştırma neticesinde çorap boğazının ayak bileğine basıncı ile basıncı etkileyen faktörler arasındaki bağıntıları ifade eden teorik ve ampirik modeller elde edilmiştir. Alınan sonuçlar konforlu erkek çorap tasarımında ve onun üretiminde yararlı olabilir.

Abstract

One of the important properties of the sock materials is that the neck of the sock must not be too tight as it hurst the foot during wearing. Therefore the effect of the normal pressure on covering area of the neck of sock attracts attention. In this study, the theoretical and experimental investigations, based on the factors affecting the normal pressure on ankle of the neck of sock, were achieved. The factors assumed were the knitting structure of the neck, the types and the tex numbers of ground and elastic yarns constituting the neck. The sock were produced from cotton and nylon and polyurethane and spandex were used as elastic yarns on the neck of sock. Especially the factors affecting the pressure on ankle of neck of socks were the loop length the tex number of ground and elastic yarns, the peripheral dimensions of the ankle covering the neck of socks and washing parameters. On conclusion, theoretical and experimental models, related with the pressure on ankle of neck of sock and factors effecting pressure, were obtained. The results could contribute on the design of comfortable man's socks and their practical applications
