Havlu dokuma işlemleri ve üretim hesapları

Özet

Bu çalışmada, piyasada yaygın olarak dokuma havlulara rastlandığı için dokuma havlu üretim prosesinde yer alan dokuma hazırlık ve dokuma işlemleri incelenmiştir. Ayrıca gerçekleştirilecek bir dokuma işlemi öncesi gerekli iplik miktarı, çekilecek levent sayısı gibi bilgilere ulaşmak amacıyla kullanılacak eşitlikler belirlenmeye çalışılmış, hesapların yapılabilmesi için gerekli olan teknik parametreler ve mamul özellikleri üzerinde de durulmuştur. Bunun yanısıra seçilmiş üç farklı sipariş için üretim hesabı yapılmış olup siparişlerin farklı özelliklere sahip havluları kapsamasına özen gösterilmiştir. Bu amaçla söz konusu siparişlerin birinde bordürsüz, birinde bordürlü ve diğerinde de renkli havlular seçilmiştir.

Abstract

İn this study, preparation and processes of terry weaving are examined. Considering all system parameters, including the machine and the fabric properties, i.e. equations for the number of the ends and picks and their weights necessary for weaving, the number of warp beams and expressions for other technical parameters are given. These formulations were performed for three different towel fabric's order information. In the formulas, not only the order information given basicly, but also technical parameters of the products are taken into account. All results and calculated parameters for production of the towels are represented by tables on the paper.
