Özet

Bu çalışmada ring ve open-end ipliklerinden, hava jetli dokuma tezgahlarında dokunan kumaşların eni boyunca büküm dağılımı ve kaybı ile kumaş mukavemetindeki değişim incelenmiştir. Hava jetli dokuma makinasında, atkı ipliğinin ağızlık içerisinde dokuma genişliği boyunca atılması ve bu yol boyunca iplik numarası (tex) ve farklı iplik tiplerinden (open-end, ring) üretilmiş atkı ipliklerinin büküm sayısındaki ve kumaş mukavemetindeki değişim uzman sistemlerden bulanık mantık yardımıyla tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract

The performance of open-end and ring spun yarns on an air-jet loom and their behavior in fabric are investigated by fuzzy logic method. The amount of twist lost and the twist distribution across the fabric width are determined. The effects of changing yarn count and original twist level on the retained twist and on fabric properties are discussed.
