Dokuma kumaşların kuruma periyotlarının incelenmesi

Özet

Bu çalışmada, tekstil mamul (kumaş) özelliklerinin kurulma performansına etkisi araştırılmıştır. Değişik özelliklerde (iplik numarası, dokuma türü, sıklık vb. ) tekstil mamulleri alınarak değişik sıcaklıklarda kurutulmuş ve kuruma eğrilerine dayanılarak kurutma performansı hakkında yorumlar yapılmıştır. Deneysel çalışmalarda, çevre şartlarından alınan hava kurutma tesisatının giriş kısmında bulunan ısıtıcıda ısıtıldıktan sonra fan vasıtası ile sistemin içine gönderilmektedir. Sistemin içerisine giren sıcak hava nemlendirilen tekstil materyali üzerinden geçirilerek konveksiyonla kurutma işlemi gerçekleştirilmektedir, Her bir deneyden elde edilen değerlerle tablolar hazırlanmış ve hesaplamalar sonucu kurutma eğrileri çizilmiştir. İstatistik analizi yapılarak, kumaşların kuruma süreçleri hakkında yorumlar yapılmıştır.

Abstract

This study is to examine the effect of the properties of textile materials (fabrics) on the performance of drying. The textile materials in different properties such as yarn numbers, weaving construction, yarn density have been used and dried in various temperatures and the performance of the drying have been determined in accordance to the drying curves. In the experimental study, firstly hot drying air taken from the entrance of the oven is blown into the oven. Hot drying air is passed over wet textile materials and captured the moisture. Convection drying was fundamentally proposed in this study. The results of the experiments were given in the tables and the drying curves were plotted in according to calculations. Statistical analyses were made. Regarding to this analyses diying time of the fabrics were discussed.
