Özet

Bu çalışmada süprem yuvarlak örme kumaşlarda önemli bir kalite problemi olan may dönmesine bazı makina faktörlerinin etkileri deneysel olarak incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla, aynı numaradaki (20 Ne) pamuk ipliğiyle, aynı incelik ve çapta, sadece dönüş yönleri farklı olan iki ayrı yuvarlak örme makinasında, aynı gramaj ayarında süprem kumaşlar üretilmiştir. Denemeler, her iki makinada da dört farklı sistem sayısında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu kumaşlarda tespit edilen dönme açılarına, farklı makina dönüş yönü ve sistem sayısının etkileri irdelenmiştir.

Abstract

In this work, the effects of machine parameters on the fabric spirality, which is an important quality problem of single jersey knitted fabrics, are investigated. For this aim, two circular knitting machines with the same gauge, but one of them are revolving in the reverse direction are chosen. Single jersey fabric samples with the same weight per square meter and in the same yarn count (Ne 20 Cotton) were knitted on the chosen machines at four different numbers of knitting systems. The effects of the number of the knitting systems and the revolving directions of the machines on the spirality angles are investigated.
