Nanoteknoloji yöntemi ile dokusuz yüzey eldesi

Özet

Nanoteknoloji yöntemi kullanarak üretilen nanoelyaf dokusuz yüzeylerin kullanım alanları günden güne artmaktadır. Çünkü daha iyi performans için elyaf endüstrisi artık daha iyi sonuçlar elde edebilmek için küçük elyaf çapı ve gözenek boyutuna sahip, özağırlığı düşük, geniş yüzey alanına sahip ve kimyasal bileşimin seçilebildiği daha ince elyaf üretmeye başlamıştır. Böylece bu özellikler, bariyer kumaşlar, temizlik bezleri, kişisel bakım mendilleri, tıbbi ve eczacılığa ait ürünler gibi yeni ürünlerin geliştirilmesi için önemli parametreler olmuştur. Bu çalışmada nanoelyaftan üretilmiş dokusuz yüzeylerin geçmişi, bugünü ve üretim metotları incelenmiştir. Bu açıdan bu sistemin ülkemizde ticari olarak uygulamaya geçirilmesi mutlak bir gereklilik olarak görülmektedir.

Abstract

End uses of nanofiber nonwoven webs formed by means of nanotechnology have been increased daily. Because, the fiber industries have started manufacturing finer fiber having small fiber diameter and pore size, the low basis weight, high surface area and choice of fiber chemistry for better performance. Since these properties are important parameters in the development of new products such as barrier fabrics, cleaning wipes, personal care wipes, and medical and phar-maceutical products such as wound dressings and tissue scaffolds. In this study, it is investigated that the history and today of nanofiber webs and production methods. In this respect, it is an obsolute necessity that this system must be applied commercially in our country.
