Özet
Bu makalede çok geniş yelpazede kimyasal madde kullanımına, yüksek oranda enerji ve su tüketimine sahip olan tekstil endüstrisinde temiz üretim teknolojilerinin kullanımı ve ekolojik tekstil etiketleme sisteminin önemi vurgulanmıştır. Endüstride kirletici oluştuktan sonra klasik arıtım teknikleri üe çevreyi koruma yaklaşımı günümüzde yerini temiz üretim teknolojileri ile kimyasal madde, su ve enerji kullanımının minimizasyonuna/geri kazanıma/yeniden kullanıma bırakmıştır. Bu yaklaşımlar endüstri ve çevre için ekonomik ve ekolojik bir kazançtır. 1990'larda gündeme gelen ekolojik tekstil kavramı ve buna bağlı olarak ortaya çıkan ekolojik tekstil standartları sektörde temiz üretim teknolojilerinin uygulamalarını teşvik ederek endüstriyi çevreye daha uyumlu hale getirmede Önemli katla sağlamıştır. Tekstil sektöründe üretim yerine ve ürüne yönelik ekolojik tekstil standartları ürünün insan ve çevre sağlığı gözetilerek üretilmesi için sınır değerler getirir. Ekolojik tekstil etiketi ürünlerin uluslar arası pazarda tercih edilmesini kolaylaştırır.
Abstract
The paper emphasizes the importance of the cleaner production technology and the ecological textile labeling system in textile industry with high usage of chemicals in a wide range and the water and energy consumption. At the present day, the minimization/recovery/reuse for both the chemicals and the water and energy consumption by means of cleaner production technology supersede of the environment conservation approach by means of conventional treatment methods after the release of the pollutant from the industrial processes. The minimization/recovery/reuse approaches have significant economic and ecologic profits for industry and environment. The "ecological textile" concept arisen in 1990s and the following ecological textile standards have brought industry into environmental consciousness by encouraging the use of cleaner production technology in the sector. Ecologic textile standards related to production sites and product introduce limit values for the produce by talcing into consideration tiie human and environment health of product. Ecological textile labels expedite the preference of the product in international markets.
