Özet

Günümüzde işletmeler kıyasıya bir rekabet ortamında ve sürekli değişen bir çevrede faaliyette bulunmaktadır. Böyle bir ortamda sorunlarla baş etmek ve başarılı olmak isteyen işletmeler sahip oldukları insan kaynağını ön plana çıkarmak ve verimli kullanmak zorundadırlar. Bu çalışmada, işletmelerde karşılaşılan yeni durumlara ve sorunlara çözüm getirmek amacıyla gerçekleştirilen takım çalışmalarında karşılaşılan sorunlar değerlendirilerek, hazır giyim işletmelerinde talam çalışmalarının başarısı için alınması gereken önlemler konusunda çözüm önerileri getirilmiştir.

Abstract

Today, the enterprises are working in cutthroat competition atmosphere and ever-changing surroundings. The enterprises calling for coping with the difficulties and win out in such kind of environment have to highlight the human resource they had and use productively. In this study, some solution's suggestion are made relating to the precautions which needs to be taken for the teamwork to score off in ready made garment enterprises by appraising the matters which were experienced in the teamwork in order to deal with the new situation and the problems within the enterprises.
