Giysilerdeki dikiş ipliği giderinin incelenmesi

Özet

Bu çalışmada konfeksiyon maliyet giderlerinden biri olan dikiş ipliği gideri incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın amacı; düz dikişlerde kumaş kalınlığının ve kumaş kat sayısının dikiş iplik gideri üzerine etkisini İncelemektin Kumaş kalınlığına göre giysilerde kullanılan dikiş iplik giderinin doğru şekilde talıminlenmesi ve bunun üretimde uygulanabilmesi iplik giderinin kontrol altında tutulmasını ve iplik maliyetinin azaltılmasını sağlayacaktır. Deneysel çalışmada farklı kalınlıklarda 6 dokuma kumaş numunesi kullanılmıştır. Bunlardan 2 katlı veya 3 katlı kumaş numuneleri elde edilerek her birine düz dikiş uygulanmış ve böylece 12 farklı kalınlıkta dikilmiş kumaş numunesi elde edilmiştir. Deneysel sonuçların istatistiksel analizinde kumaş kat sayısının ve kalınlığının düz dikişte iplik giderine etkisinin oldukça önemli olduğu görülmüştür.

Abstract

In this study, sewing thread consumption, which is one of the most important expenses of clothing cost is examined. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of fabric thickness and number of the fabric plies on the sewing thread consumption on the lockstitches. The accurately estimating of sewing thread consumption related to fabric thickness and applying this to the production provides the control of sewing thread consumption and reduction the thread costs.In this study six fabric samples having different thicknesses were used. Two and three fabric plies were used during the sewing of the fabrics. Therefore 12 samples having different thicknesses were obtained. According to the results of variance analysis, the effect of fabric thickness and number of fabric plies on sewing thread consumption are statistically significant..
