Özet

Üretim Kaynakları Planlaması (Manufacturing Resource Planning - MRP II); yazılım sektörünün dünyadaki gelişim trendine de bağlı olarak ülkemizde de orta veya büyük ölçekli birçok firmada uygulanmakta veya uygulanması planlanmaktadır. Bu makalede, özellikle emek yoğunluklu üretim sistemleri için (genellikle siparişe göre, kesikli üretim yapısına da sahip) MRP 11 uygulamalarında, Kapasite Planlama aşamasında karşılaşılan problemler ve çözüm önerileri açıklanmaktadır. Bu problemler uygulanılan MRP II projesinin maliyet, kapasite, muhasebe, satın alma alanlarında başarılı olmasını doğrudan etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmada, özellikle çizelgeleme problemleri vurgulanmakta ve böylece tespit edilen diğer kapasite planlama problemlerinin de çözümünü kolaylaştıracak bir ekran tasarımı ve yeni bir çizelgeleme algoritması önerilmektedir.

Abstract

Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II) as related within the growing trend of the software sector of the world that is applied in medium or high-scaled firms in our country or ready to be applied. In this paper, the problems and the solution advices of the Capacity Planning at the stages of MRP II usage have been considered in the businesses that especially governs the production structure of work force based firms. These problems include the usage area of MRP II project on cost, capacity, accounting, purchasing fields that have to be successful and effective. Scheduling problem among the other problems are tried to be considered and within this consideration the other capacity problems are simplified by a scheduling algorithm.
