Isı pompası kullanılan kurutma sisteminin simulasyonu

Özet

Isı pompaları harcadıkları işe nazaran fazla ısı üretebilen cihazlar olduklarından, enerji tüketimini önemli ölçüde azaltırlar. Ülkemizde tarım ve tekstil endüstrisinde yaygın olarak kullanılan kurutma işlemlerinde, enerji tasarrufu açısından ısı pompası kullanılması önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada, buhar sıkıştırmalı ısı pompası kullanılan kurutma sistemlerinin performanslarının belirlenebilmesi için bir simülasyon modeli geliştirilmiştir. Sistem, ısı pompası ve kurutma odası olmak üzere iki ana kısımda incelenmiş olup, her iki kısmı oluşturan elemanlar için basit matematik modeller elde edilerek, geliştirilen bir bilgisayar programı yardımıyla çözülmüştür.

Abstract

Heat pumps are capable of delivering more heat than it consumes as input work, energy consumption is thus reduced. In Country, drying process commonly is applied in agricultural and textile industry in which the using of heat pump is important to energy saving. In this study, a simulation model has been developed to predict the performance of drying systems assisted by vapour compression heat pumps. System was investigated as two different unit, heat pump and drying chamber. The mathematic modellings were obtained for each components of every two units. The computer program has been developed to solve non-lineer equations.
