Özet

Sürtünme malzemesi kullanılan tasarımlarda, sürtünme olayının en önemli faktörü sürtünme katsayısıdır. Bu çalışmada taşıtların disk frenlerinde kullanılan balataların sürtünme katsayısının tespiti için test cihazı tasarlanmıştır. Bu cihazda değerler istenilen aralıklarda algılanarak bilgisayara kaydedilebilmekte daha sonra sürtünme katsayısı-sıcaklık, sürtünme katsayısı-zaman, sıcaklık-zaman grafikleri oluşturulabilmektedir. Devir değişimi ve basınç mekanik olarak ayarlanmaktadır. Benzerleri ile kıyaslandığında kontrolü oldukça kolay ve kullanılan elektronik donanım sayesinde amaca uygun olduğu anlaşılmıştır.

Abstract

Friction coefficient in the friction event is the most factor at the construction that used friction material. In this study test equipment is designed in order check the friction coefficient that used disc brake pad vehicle. Using this equipment the result of tests are perceived and saved on the computer. After that friction coefficienttemperature, friction coefficient-time, temperature-time graphics are plotted. Cycle change and pressure are adopted as a mechanic. When this equipment is compared with the other equipments it is understood that checking it is easy. On the other hand, because of electronic rigging it is seen that is harmony with the aim.
