Özet

Bu çalışmada, PIC (Peripheral Interface Controller) 16F84 kontrollü laboratuvar boyutlu bir sürtünme kaynak makinesinin otomasyonu tasarlanmış ve gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sistemin otomasyonu için gerekli olan PIC programı assembler dilinde hazırlanmıştır. Gerçekleştirilen PIC denetimli otomasyon sistemi, sürtünme kaynak makinalarının otomasyonunda kullanılan klasik yöntemlere göre daha basit, kullanışlı, ekonomik ve güvenilirdir. Geliştirilen devrenin uygunluğu ve başarısı deneysel sonuçlarla gösterilmiştir.

Abstract

In this study, automation of PIC (Peripheral Interface Controller) 16F84 controlled laboratory-type a friction-welding machine has been designed and then manufactured. Required PIC program for automation of system has been prepared in assembler language. The implemented automation system is more simple, usable, economic and reliable than the classical methods used in the automation of welding machines. The success and convenient of the developed circuit has been presented by the experimental results.
