Özet

Bir esnek üretim sistemi (EÜS), bir anabilgisayar altında organize edilmiş ve merkezi bir taşıma sistemiyle bağlanmış üretim araçları topluluğudur. Esnek üretim sistemlerinde çizelgeleme probleminde gerçek zamanda bu sistemlerin çalıştırılması söz konusudur. Bu sistemlerin sağladığı avantajlardan yararlanabilmek için etkin bir çizelgeleme politikası izlemek gerekir. Bu çalışmada Ankara Türk Traktör fabrikası tesislerinde, montaj ve işleme alt sistemlerini içeren bir esnek üretim sisteminin iki aşamalı çizelgelenmesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Burada geçen zamanlar deneysel yolla ve hesaplama yoluyla bulunmuştur.

Abstract

A flexible manufacturing system is a group of manufacturing devices organized under a main computer and conneted by means of central transport system. These systems are operated at real time in the scheduling problem in the flexible manufacturing systems. It is essential to pursue an efficient scheduling policy in order to benefit from the advantages provided by these systems. In this study, two staged scheduling of flexible manufacturing systems comprising the sub – systems of assembly and processing have been realized in this application in Ankara at Turk Tractor Plants. Time which was determined was found by means of experimental and mathematical.
