Ofis İç Mekan Tasarımlarında Gelişen Teknolojiler Işığında Esneklik

Özet

Öz Ofisler; farkl boyutlardaki hiyerarflik yaplar sonucunda çeflitli sosyal iliflkilerin oluflmasna ortam sa¤layan ve bünyesinde yer alan çalflanlarn yaptklar ifller do¤rul- tusunda flekillenen mekanlardr. Mekanlarn planlanmasnn, donat elemanlarnn tasarmlarnn ve yaplan iflin gerektirdi¤i yöntemlere ba¤l olarak kullanlacak çalflma sistemlerinin mekansal de¤iflimlere cevap verebilecek esneklikte olmasna çalfllmaktadr. Bu amaçla geliflen teknolo- jiler fl¤nda tasarlanan esnek ofis iç mekanlarnda yeni kavramlar, yeni yaklaflmlar ve farkl uygulanma flekilleri kullanlmaktadr. Teknolojinin getirdi¤i de¤iflebilirlik, uygulanabilirlik ve mobil olma özellikleri ile esnek tasarmlar destek- lenmektedir. Esneklik kavram sadece çalflma mekan için de¤il ayn zamanda iliflkiler ve harcanan zaman için de alter- natif ve hayat kolaylafltrc sonuçlar do¤urmaktadr. Bu çalflmada yurtiçi ve yurtdflndan olmak üzere pek çok ofis mekan üzerinde incelemeler yaplmfl ve odak noktas stanbul olarak belirlenmifltir. Seçilen ofis örnekleri üzerinde geliflen teknolojilerin tasarmlardaki yansmalar ve esneklik anlayflnn nasl etkili hale geldi¤i incelenmifltir.

Abstract

Offices are spaces that provide the environ- ment for different sizes of hierarchial struc- tures and these spaces are formed according to the type of work done by the workers. Flexible offices, which are designed according to requirements of user, economy, system organization and technology factors are dynamic environ- ments which constantly change, renew and host interaction, under influence of technol- ogy. Designers have been working on mak- ing the spaces flexible enough to meet the changes the job needs from spacial plan- ning to operating systems and furniture systems. A stable solution may cause adap- tation problems against changing condi- tions. New approaches and concepts are being produced with this purpose under influence of technology.e concept of flexi- bility provides facilitative results not only for working space, but also for relations and the time spent. Priorities are sharing, sociability, speed, information flow, effi- ciency, home comfort for todays office designs. In this study, offices in stanbul were examined, focusing on how emerging technologies affect the notion of flexibility in design.
