Özet

Bu makale de, Gazi Üniversitesi Araştırma Fonu destekli "Ramjet Uç Tepkili Duran Rotor Hover Test Kulesi Tasarım, İmalat ve Testi" araştırma projesi sonuçları irdelenmiştir. Çalışmada, model ölçekli "ek taşıma yüzeyli duran rotor (stopped rotor) ya da diğer bilinen adıyla rotor-kanat (Canard Rotor/Wing, CRW)" melez helikopter konsepti ve ilgili test düzeneği genel tasarımı yapılarak, ilerde imalat ve testlerinin yapılması planlanan CRW konseptinin nihai tasarımına ulaşılması hedeflenmiştir. Sistem tasarımına yönelik olarak gerekli taşımayı sağlayacak pal parametreleri hesap edilerek, pal ve rotor sistemi tasarlanmıştır. Eliptik kesitli kompozit rotor pali yapısal modellemesi PATRAN programı yardımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ardından test düzeneği tasarlanarak, ölçüm yöntemi ve gerekli ölçüm cihazları belirlenmiştir. Son olarak test helikopteri gövde iskeleti imalatı gerçekleştirilerek, motor-transmisyon bağlantıları yapılmıştır. Test helikopteri çalışması, Uluslararası Savunma Fuarı'nda (IDEF97) sergilenmiştir.

Abstract

In this paper, the results of the research project (funded by Gazi University) called "Ramjet Tip-Driven Stopped Rotor Hover Test Stand Design, Manufacture and Tests" were assessed. In this study, a model scaled stopped rotor or canard rotor/wing helicopter concept and related test stand were designed genetically in order to achieve the goal of CRW concept end design in future production and testing studies. By calculation of blade parametres for providing the required lift, the blade and rotor system was designed. The structual design of eliptical cross-sectioned composite rotor blade was modelled by means of PATRAN software. Then after the helicopter test stand was designed, the method of measurement and the required measurement devices were identified. Lastly, the test helicopter frame was manufactured and connections of engine-transmission were carried out. Test helicopter was introduced at International Defence Fair in 1997.
