Özet

Bu çalışmada 1980 - 2000 ve 2010 - 2018 yılları arasında Türki-ye’de transfer harcamalarının gelişimi incelenmiştir. Çalışmada elde edi-len bulgulara göre, 1980 - 2018 yılları arasında genel olarak transfer har-camaları, kamu harcamaları içerisinde en yüksek payı oluşturmaktadır. Ayrıca, 1980 - 2000 yılları arasında transfer harcamaları içerisinde en büyük payı faiz giderleri oluştururken, 2010-2018 yılları arasında trans-fer harcamaları içerisinde en büyük payı cari transferler oluşturmaktadır.

Abstract

In this study, the development of transfer spending in Turkey between the years 1980 - 2000 and 2010 - 2018 have been examined. According to the findings of the study, transfer expenditures constitute the highest share within public expenditures in general between the ye-ars 1980 - 2018. In addition While interest expenditures constitute the highest share within transfer expenditures between the years 1980 – 2000, current transfers constitute the highest share within transfer expenditures between the years 2010-2018.
