Özet
Vergi incelemelerinde uygulama birliğinin sağlanması ve mevzuat hükümlerinin uygulanmasına ilişkin ortaya çıkan tereddütlü hususları giderilmesi büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu bağlamda 07.04.2021 tarih ve 31447 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayımlanan Vergi Denetim Kurulu Danışma Komisyonu Yönetmeliği ile; Vergi inceleme görevlerinin yürütülmesinde uygulama birliğini sağlamak ve mevzuat hükümlerinin uygulanmasına ilişkin ortaya çıkan tereddütlü hususları gidermek amacıyla Vergi Denetim Kurulu Danışma Komisyonu oluşturulmuştur. Vergi Denetim Kurulu Danışma Komisyonun görevi, vergi inceleme görevlerinin yürütülmesi sırasında mevzuat hükümlerinin uygulanmasına ilişkin olarak ortaya çıkan tereddütlü hususları Vergi Denetim Kurulu Başkanlığın talebi üzerine gündeme alarak görüşmek ve ortaya çıkan çoğunluk görüşünü karara dönüştürerek Vergi Denetim Kurulu Başkanlığına bildirmektir.
Abstract
It is of great importance to ensure the unity of practice in tax reviews and to eliminate the hesitant issues arising in relation to the implementation of the provisions of the legislation. In this context, with the regulation of the Advisory Commission of the tax Supervisory Board published in the Official Gazette dated 07.04.2021 and numbered 31447, the Advisory Commission of the tax Supervisory Board was established in order to ensure the unity of practice in the execution of tax review duties and to resolve the hesitant issues arising in the implementation of the provisions of the legislation. The task of the commission of the control board tax Advisory, tax assessment tasks during the execution of the provisions of the legislation on the issues that arise in relation to the implementation of tax control hesitant to discuss the agenda at the request of the chairman of the board and the decision of the majority opinion that arise by taking tax audit is to report to the board.
