Özet

Sigortalıların hizmetleri ve sigorta primine esas kazançları Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu'na aylık olarak bildirilirken özellik arz eden durumlardan birini sigortalıların çalışmadıkları (bir takvim ayı boyunca hiçbir iş görmediği) aylardaki bildirimleri oluşturur. Sigortalının hiçbir çalışmasının bulunmadığı ancak bu ay içerisinde ücret veya ücret dışında prim, ikramiye ve benzer nitelikteki bir ödeme aldığı ayların bildirimi, alınan bu ödemeler, ödemenin yapıldığı tarihi takip eden iki ayı geçmemek üzere (ve sigorta primine esas kazanç üst sınırını aşmayacak şekilde) ilgili ayların prime esas kazancına dâhil edilerek yapılır. Bu makalede sigortalının çalışmadığı aylarda ücret veya ücret dışında bir ödeme aldıkları ödemelerin SGK'ya bildirimi açıklanmıştır.

Abstract

While the services and the earnings that are subjected to social insurance premium are being notified to the Social Security Institution in the monthly base, the notification of the insured in the months they have no working days (the months they did no work for a whole calendar month) consists one of the specific cases. The notification of the months in which the insured have no work but he/she had received a payment of wage or payment of bonus, bounty or a similar pay apart from the wage in this month, are shall be made by adding these earnings to the earnings that is subjected to the insurance premium of the following months (as not to exceed the upper limit of the earnings that is subjected to insurance premium) with the condition not to exceed the following two months. In this article, the notification of the payments of wage or payments that are apart from the wage which are being paid in the months with not working days is being explained.
