6102 SAYILI TÜRK TİCARET KANUNU HÜKÜMLERİNE GÖRE ACENTELİK SÖZLEŞMESİNİN SONA ERMESİ

Özet

Tacirler, işletmeleri ile ilgili faaliyetlerini yürütürken acentelik müessesesinden yararlanırlar. Acentelik ilişkisi süreklilik niyeti ile kurulan bir ilişki olmasına rağmen bu ilişkiyi sona erdiren nedenler vardır. Acentelik sözleşmesini sona erdiren nedenler, 6102 sayılı yeni Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 121. maddesinde düzenlenmiştir. Bu düzenlemeye göre, acentelik sözleşmesi; sürenin sona ermesi, feshi ihbar, haklı nedenler, iflas, ölüm, kısıtlanma ve diğer nedenler mevcut olduğunda sona ermektedir.

Abstract

Traff ickers are prof it by the agency f irm while condunting operational activities related to business establisments. Despite there are reasons about ending this relationship Agency relationship is relates with the intetion of durablity. The new Turkish Commercial Code No. 121 of No: 6102 is regulated the reasons f or the termination of the agency contract. According to this regulation, the reasons of termination an agency contract are the end of the period, notice of termination, cogent grounds, bankruptcy, death, restiriction and when other reasons are available.
