Özet
Magill forsepsi ile özefagustan para çıkarılması yeni bir yöntemdir. Özefagustaki paranın çıkarılmasında kullanılan yöntemler ise; izlem, endoskopi, bujinaj, foley kateter ve penny pincher ile çıkarımdır. Bu yöntemlerin hiçbirisi tüm olgularda her yönüyle ideal değildir. İzlem 24 saatten fazla geciken olgularda önerilmez. Endoskopik çıkarım pahalıdır. Bujinajm, paranın özefagusta olduğunun radyolojik olarak görüntülenmesi, tek para olması, paranın orada 24 saatten kısa süredir duruyor olması, özefagustan yabancı cisim çıkarılma, hastalık proçesi ya da cerrahi öyküsü olmaması, solunum zorluğu bulunmaması, tecrübeli personel bulunması gerektiği gibi koşulları vardır. Henüz rutine girmemiş olan penny pincher ile çıkarım ideal olmakla birlikte pahalıdır. Magill forsepsi ile çıkarım yöntemi ise proksimal özefagustaki paraların çıkarılması için oldukça ucuz, etkin ve güvenli bir yöntemdir.
Abstract
Anew one of the methods for removal of esophageal coin is extraction with Magill forceps. The methods used for coin extraction is includes; observation, endoscopy, bouginage, Foley catheter removal, Magill forceps practicing, penny pincher technique. There are side effects or conditions of these procedures. Observation isn't applied for 24 hours delay. Endoscopy isn't cost effective. Bouginage is needed for demonstrating with radiography that the coin is in esophagus, the coin must be alone, the coins must be at there not for 24 hours, be not performing a coin extraction before, unsustained esophageal surgery, not having respiratuar distress, having skillful personel. Penny pincher is not used routinely today and expensive but its ideal one. Magill forceps extraction of upper esophageal coins is simple, cheaper, effective method. This article is third subjected for Magill forceps extraction of upper esophageal coins.
