Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı Gaziantep ilinde antepfıstığı üretiminin sosyo-ekonomik yapısını analiz etmektir.Araştırmanın ana materyalini 91 üretici ile yapılan anketlerden elde edilen veriler oluşturmuştur. Araştırmasonuçlarına göre işletmelerde antepfıstığı arazi varlığı ortalama 84.4 da, dekara düşen ağaç sayısı 14.4 adet/da,ortalama dekara verim 68.4 kg/da ve ortalama ağaç verimi 7.74 kg/adet olarak saptanmıştır. İncelenen işletmelerdeortalama Brüt Kâr 33890.79 TL, dekara Brüt Kâr 401.55 TL/da ve ağaç başına Brüt Kâr 27.33 TL/adet olaraksaptanmıştır. Üreticilerin %98.5'i ürününü hasattan sonra kurutarak sattıkları tespit edilmiştir. Antepfıstığı üretiminigeliştirmeye yönelik teknik, sosyal ve ekonomik çalışmalara ihtiyaç vardır.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the social and economic structure in Gaziantep pistachiosproduction. The main material of this study consisted of data obtained from surveys made by 91 producers. Theresults show an average 8.44 ha of land of pistachio farms, the number of trees per hectare 41.4 number/ha, theaverage yield per hectare 684 kg /ha and the average yield of the tree is 7.74 kg /number, respectively. Gross Profit33890.79 TL per the studied farms, hectares Gross Profit 4015.5 TL/ha and Gross Profit per tree 27.33 TL/numberrespectively. Producers 98.5% of product selling drying after harvest. Pistachio production to improve the technical,social and economic studies are needed.
