New Spectinabilin and Hexadienamide Derivatives from Streptomyces sp. S012

Özet

A new spectinabilin derivative (1) and a new hexadienamide derivative (3), together with (-)-spectinabilin (2) and sarmentosamide (4), were isolated from Streptomyces sp. S012. Their structures wereelucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including 1H, 13C NMR, 1H-1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC,NOESY and HRESIMS. Their antibacterial activity was also evaluated in this study.
