Özet
Postoperatif spindl hücreli nodul cerrahi girişimi takiben kısa sürede gelişen ve sarkom ile karışabilen benign reaktif bir lezyondur. Yanlış tedavilere yolaçabileceği için ürologlar ve patologlar tarafından bilinmesi gereken bir olaydır. Elli-beş yaşındaki bir erkek hastada mesane kanseri nedeniyle yapılan transüretral tümör rezeksiyonundan sonra gelişen postoperatif spindl hücreli nodul sunulmuştur.
Abstract
Postoperative Spindle Celi Nodule ofthe Bladder-Postoperative spindle celi nodule is an uncommon benign reactive lesion ıvhich develops shortly after a surgical intervention and could be misdiagnosed as sarcoma. it should be recognised by both urologists and pathologists to avoid inappropriate treatment. We report a 55-year-old male patient who developed postoperative spindle celi nodule folloıving a transurethral resection for bladder cancer.
