Özet

Use ofEpididymal Sperm With In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Intracytoplasmic Sperm Infection (ICSI) Methods- The results ofepididymal sperm use with IVF and ICSI methods for 27 infertile males with obstructive azoospermia were evaluated. With microepididymal sperm aspiration (MESA)-IVF method the fertilization rate was 25 % and the cleavage rate was 54 %. The corresponding values for MESA-ICSI were 64 % and 70 %, respectively.

Abstract

Xanthogranulomatous Pyelonephritis: Diagnosis and Management in 23 Cases-A total of 23 cases with xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis were retrospectively reviewed with regard to the clinical, laboratory and radiologic features. Although confirmative diagnosis requires histologic proof, preoperative correct diagnosis is possible with the aid of advanced radiologic tools. This may be helpful in selecting the type of surgical management and reduction of complications.
