Mainz II poş olgularında rektodinami bulguları

Özet

Kasa invazif mesane tümörü tanısı almış 18 hastaya radikal sistektomi sonrasında Mainz II tipi diversi-yon uygulandı. Hastalara preoperatif dönemde ve postoperatif 3 ve 6'ncı ayda ayrıntılı rektodinamik inceleme yapıldı. Preoperatif dönemde ortalama 513 mi olan sigmoid kolon kapasitesi postoperatif üçüncü ayda ortalama 672 ml'ye, altıncı ayda ortalama 708 ml'ye çıktı. Preoperatif olarak ortalama 16cmH2O olan sigmoid kolon basıncı üçüncü ayda ortalama 6 cmHaO ve altıncı ayda ortalama 6.5 cmHaO olarak ölçüldü. Doğal poş basıncı üçüncü ayda ortalama 8.3 cmhkO olarak ölçüldü. İdrar yapma öncesindeki ortalama poş basıncı ise 13.6 cmHaO olarak belirlendi. Mainz II poş diversiyon, düşük basınçlı, yüksek kapasiteli rezervuar sağlayan, kolay uygulanabilir bir diversiyon alternatifidir.

Abstract

Rectodynamic Findings in Mainz II Pouch Cases-Mainz II pouch diversions were performed on 18 patients who underwent radical cystectomy for muscle invasive bladder cancer. Rectodynamic evaluations were done preoperatively and at the third and sixth postoperative months. The mean sigmoid colon capacity that was found to be 513 ml preoperatively increased to a mean 0/672 ml at the third and a mean of'708 ml at sixth postoperative months. The mçan sigmoid colon pressures decreased to a mean of 6 cmBzO at the third and a mean of 6.5 cmH^O at the sixth postoperative months from a mean preoperative value of 16 cmHzQ. The mean natural pouch pressure was 8.3 cmHsQ at the third month. The mean premicturitional pouch pressure was 13.6 cmHsQ. The Mainz II pouch which offers a low pressure, high capacity reservoir is a good diversion alternative with easy application.
