Özet
Uretral malign melanojm kadinlarda uretral tumorlerin en az gorulenlerindendir ve turn tedavi yakla§imlanna karsin prognozu oldukga kotudur. Burada, primer uretral malign melanom tanisi alan altmis yasinda bir kadin hasta.-suhulmaktadir. Olgu total uretrektomi ve bilateral inguinal lent nodu diseksiyonu §eklinde onerilen tedaviyi kabul etmemis ve alti ay iginde bircok uzak metastaz sonucu kaybedilmi§tir.
Abstract
Primary Urethra! Malignant Melanoma: A Case Report- Primary malignant melanoma is one of the rarest tumors of the female urethm. Despite every attempt for treatment the prognosis is generally poor. We present a sixty-year-old female patient with primary urethrfrl malignant melanoma. The patient did not accept the suggested treatment with total urethrectomy and bilateral lymph node dissection and succumbed to death in a six-month period.
