Özet
Tibian ı n anterolateral e ğ riliğ i, konjenital tibia psödo- artrozu olarak bilinir. Ço ğ u zaman tek tarafl ı d ı r, tibia 1/3 distal kesiminde meydana gelir. Olgular ı n bir k ı sm ı nda fibulan ı n da e ğ riliğ i e şlik eder. E ğ rilik düzeyinde patolojik k ı rı k ve psödoartroz gelişebilir. Ekstremitenin büyümesi geriler, k ı sal ı k olu ş ur. Tan ı , klinik bulgular ve radyogra- filerle koyulur. Radyografilerde e ğ rilik seviyesinde diya- fizde ve medüller kanalda daralma, e ğ riliğ in konkav kesiminde endosteal kal ı nla ş ma görülür. Patolojik k ırı k ve psödoartroz tespit edilebilir. Bilgisayarl ı tomografi veya manyetik rezonans görüntüleme tan ı koyulabilmesi, k ı rı k varl ı ğ ı n ı n veya psödoartrozun ara ş tı rı lması için gerekli olabilir. Tedavide konservatif ve cerrahi yön- temler kullan ı labilir ancak baz ı olgularda ampütasyon gerekebilir. Radyolojik bulgular tan ı koyulmas ı , k ı rı k, psödoartroz ve ekstremite k ı sal ı ğ ı gibi komplikasyonlar ı n belirlenmesinde ve takibinde önemlidir.
Abstract
Anterolateral bowing of tibia is known as congenital pseudoartrosis of tibia. It is mostly unilateral, occurs at 1/3 distal part of tibia. Fibular bowing accompanies in some cases. Pathologic fracture and pseudoartrosis may develop at the level of bowing. Development of the extremity regresses and shortness occurs. Diagnosis depends on clinical findings and radiographies. Diaphyseal and medullary canal narrowing at the level of bowing is visualised on radiographies. Endosteal thickening is seen at concave part of the bowing. Pathologic fracture and pseudoartrosis can be determined if exists. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging may be necessary for diagnosis, differential diagnosis and detecting the existance of pseudoartrosis. Conservative and surgical procedures can be used for treatment but amputation may be necessary in some cases. Radiologic findings are important for diagnosis, determining and follow-up of complications like fracture, pseudoartrosis and extremity shortness.
