Özet

Otoimmün hepatit (OİH) karaciğerin nedeni bilinmeyen, kronik, ilerleyici, inflamatuar bir karaciğer hastalığıdır. Gastrointestinal nöroendokrin tümörler (GI NET), 2/100.000 olgu/yıl insidansına sahip, nadir görülen tümörlendendir. En sık ileum, apendiks ve rektumda, nadiren midede görülürler. OİH’e bağlı karaciğer sirozu ve midede GI NET birlikteliği olan 47 yaşında bayan hasta sunulmuştur.

Abstract

Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) of unknown etiology, chronic, progressive, inflammatory disease of the liver. Neuroendocrine tumors of the gastrointestinal (GI NET), 2/100.000 cases/year, with the incidence of rare tumors. The most common ileum, appendix and rectum, rarely seen in the stomach. AIH and GI NET in the stomach due to the coexistence of liver cirrhosis and the 47-yearold female patient is presented.
