Özet
Penil fraktür olgularında tam üretra kopması ender görülen bir durumdur. Biz bu olgumuzda bilateral korpus kavernozum laserasyonu ile birlikte tam üretral kopmadan bahsedeceğiz. Operasyon esnasında tam üretral kopma izlenen hastanın üretrası primer tamir edildi ve üretral kateteri ameliyat sonrası 6. günde alındı. Hastada normal potens ve idrar akımı ile şifa sağlandı.
Abstract
Penile fracture with associated complete urethral rupture is a rare seen condition. We report a case of bilateral corpus cavernosum laceration associated with complete urethral rupture. Primary treatment was performed to the complete urethral rupture and the placed urethral catheter was removed on the postoperative 6th day. No voiding problems were observed. The patient recovered with preserved potency and normal urination.
