Özet

Bu çalışmada, 19 yıllık bir periyodda (1995-2014) ülkemizde çıkarılan çerçeve kanunların “ad”ları irdelenmiş ve çerçeve kanun adlandırma yöntemleri ve adlandırmada ne tür sorunlar yaşandığı ele alınmıştır. Bazı sorunların 2011 sonrasında tamamen ortadan kalktığı, bazılarının ise, azalmakla birlikte yine de devam ettiği anlaşılmıştır. Bu arada, 2006 Yönetmeliği düzenlemesinin yeni bazı sorunları ortaya çıkardığı saptanmıştır.

Abstract

In this study, the names of the framework laws enacted in the 19-year period (1995-2014) in Turkey are examined. The methods of the naming of the framework laws and what kinds of problems were experienced related to the naming issues were analysed here. While some of these problems completely disappeared after 2011, some others are continuing even these problems decreased. In the meantime, it is determined that the Regulation was made in 2006 caused new problems.
