Özet

Hodgkin dış ı lenfomaların seyrinde otoimmün trombositopeni kar ş ıla ş ılan bir durumdur. Ancak remisyonda olan olgularda trombositopeni beklenen bir durum de ğ ildir. Biz remisyonda olan ve tedavisi sürmekte olan periferik T hücreli lenfomalı bir olgumuzda tedavi ve/veya trombosit transfüzyonu sonras ı geliş en ve intravenöz immünglobulin tedavisine yanıt veren immün trombositopeni olgumuzu sizlerle paylaşmak istedik.

Abstract

Autoimmune thrombocytopenia is encountered in the course of Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. But the situation thrombocytopenia is not expected in patients who are in remission. We reported a case of peripheral T-cell lymphoma in remission that developed responsive immune thrombocytopenia during ongoing treatment and/or platelet transfusions and intravenous immunoglobulin therapy.
