Özet
Amaç-Metod: Süt fabrikasından çeşitli zaman dilimlerinde alınan süt örneklerinden 16 koagülaz pozitif stafilokok (KPS) ve 22 koagülaz negatif stafilokok (KNS) üretilmiştir. Bu stafilokokların sefalosporinlere (Sefradin:CE, Sefuroksim:CXM, Seftizoksime:ZOX) ve karbapenem grubundan imipeneme (IPM) duyarlılık-dirençlilik oranları araştırılmıştır. Bulgular: KPS ve KNS olmak üzere 38 suşun duyarlılık oranları CXM için %18.42, CE için %26.31, ZOX için %7.9 ve IPM için %13.16 bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Bu bulgu KPS ve KNS infeksiyonlarında antibiyogram sonuçlarına göre tedavi rejimlerinin seçilmesi gereğini yansıtmaktadır.
Abstract
Aim and Method:16 of coagulase positive Staphylococci (CPS) and 22 of coagulase negative Staphylococci (CNS) were isolated from milk samples taken at several time periods in a milk factory. Resistance and susceptibility rates of them against both cephalosporins (cephradine:CE, cefuroxime:CXM and ceftizoxime:ZOX) and imipenem (acarbapenem) were coincidentally investigated. Results: Susceptibility rates of total 38 isolates for CXM, CE, ZOX and PM were 18.42%, 26.31%, 7.9% and 13.16%, respectively. Conclusion: This finding reflects the necessity for choice of therapy regimens according to the susceptibility tests in these CNS and CPS infections.
