Özet

Darier hastalığı (Darier-White hastalığı, keratozis folikülaris), seboreik bölgelerde yağlı, hiperkeratotik papül ve plaklarla karakterize, otozomal dominant geçişli, nadir görülen bir genodermatozdur. Bu makalede Darier hastalığı tanısı konulan 32 yaşındaki bir bayan olgu, nadir görülmesi ve yaygın tutulumla seyretmesi nedeniyle sunuldu.

Abstract

Darier’s disease (Keratosis follicularis, Darier-White disease), is a rare autosomal dominant genodermatosis characterized by greasy hyperkeratotic papules and plaques in seborrheic areas. In this paper, a 32-year-old female patient with Darier’s disease was presented for its rarity and generalized course.
