Özet

Trichuris vulpis, Uncinaria stenocephala ve To-xocara canis ile enfekte olduğu belirlenen köpeklerde plazma vitamin C, seruloplazmin ve total protein düzeylerindeki değişiklikler incelendi. Plazma vitamin C, seruloplazmin ve total protein düzeyleri enfekte olmayan köpeklerde sırasıyla 1.02 mg/ di, 10.73 mg/dl ve 5.13 g/ di, enfekte köpeklerde aynı sırayla 0.55 mg/dl, 12.32 mg/dl, 12.32 mg/ di ve 4.27 g/ di olarak bulundu. Enfekte köpeklerde vitamin C (p<0.05) ve total protein düzeyinin enfekte olmayanlara göre düşük, seruloplazmin düzeyinin ise biraz yüksek olduğu görüldü.

Abstract

Pasma vitamin C, cerulöplasmin and total protein levels were observed in dogs naturally infected with Trichuris vulpis, Uncinaria stenocephala, and Toocara cards. Plasma vitamin C, cerulöplasmin and total protein levels were found 1.02 mg/dl, 10.73 mg/dl, 5.13 g/dl in uninfected dogs and 0.55 mg/dl, 12.32 mg/dl, 4.27 in naturally infected dogs, respectively. Vitamin C (p<0.05) and total protein were lower in infected dogs than those of uninfected dogs, but cerulöplasmin levels were slightly higher in infected dogs than those of uninfected dogs.
