Activation of lamina propria T cells

Özet

Domuz barsak lamina propriasmdan elde edilen T hücrelerinin concovanalin A ile aktivasyonu et sonucu CD4+ hücrelerin İL-2 reseptörleri sentezlediği ancak İL-2 sentezleyemediği tespit edildi. Dalaktan elde ağ edilen T hücreleri ise hem İL-2 hem de İL-2 resptörlerini sentezleme yeteneği gösterdi. RT-PZR deneyleri ile, su lamina propria CD4+ T hücrelerinden İL-4'e ait band oluşumuna rastlanmadı. Ancak, İL-2'e ait banda dalakta CD4+1 dalak ve lamina propriadan taze hücre ile dalak CD4+/lamina propria CD4" hücre karışımlarında rastlandı.

Abstract

Activation of T cells derived from the intestinal lamina propria of the pig with concovanalin 4 cc + T cells but not secretion or transcription of IL-2 while results expression of receptors for interleukin 2 on CD4+ T cells but not secretion or transcription ot IL-2 while spleen T cells secrete IL-2 in addition to receptor expression. This may be a result of differences in the T cell 0| ,A accessory cell population. By RT-PCR experiments, no band corresponding to IL-4 was detected from CÛNA derived from CD4+ cells alone from lamina propria. However, messages for IL-2 were detected from spleenic CD4*T, mixtures of SP fresh/LP fresh or SP CD4'VLP CD4" cells.
