Gastrik anormallik olan köpeklerde endoskopik ve laboratuvar bulguların karşılaştırılması

Özet
Bu çalışmada, köpeklerdeki gastrik anormalliklerin teşhisinde klinik, laboratuvar ve endoskopik muayeneler arasındaki uyum araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla, 4 akut gastritis, 14 kronik gastritis, 5 gastrik ülserasyon olmak üzere toplam 23 adet üst gastrointestinal sistem semptomları gösteren ve 10 adet sağlıklı köpek kullanıldı. Bütün köpeklerin klinik muayeneleri, dışkı ve hematolojik kontrollerinin yanı sıra, endoskopik muayeneleri yapıldı. Endoskopik muayene sırasında tüm köpeklerden mukus ve biyopsi örnekleri alındı. Endoskopik ve histopatolojik bulgular karşılaştırıldığında, akut gastritis grubunda % 75, kronik gastritis grubunda % 78,5, gastrik ülser grubunda % 80 ve kontrol grubunda % 70 uyum belirlendi. Kronik gastritis grubunda, kontrol grubuna göre eritrosit (RBC) ve hemoglobin (Hb) konsantrasyonlarında önemli oranda (sırasıyla p<0,01, p<0,05) azalma belirlendi. Dışkı muayenelerinde, köpeklerin 8'inde hafif şiddetli (kronik gastritis grubu), 5'inde şiddetli pozitif (gastrik ülserasyon grubu) gizli kan tespit edildi. Mukus örnekleri spiral mikroorganizmalar yönünden incelendi. Hasta köpeklerin % 60,9, sağlam köpeklerin de % 60'ında spiral mikroorganizma tespit edildi.
Abstract
In this study, clinical, laboratorial and endoscopic examinations were investigated for their accordance in the di-agnosis of gastric lesions in dogs. For this purpose, 4 dogs with acute gastritis, 14 dogs with chronic gastritis, 5 dogs with gastric ulceration, and 10 healthy dogs were used as a material. All dogs were examined with regard to clinical examination, complete blood cell counts, faeces (occult-blood) and endoscopic examinations. Mucus and biopsy samples were obtained during endoscopic examinations. When endoscopic and histopathological findings were compared, we found correlation of 75%, 78,5%, 80% and 70% in acute gastritis group, chronic gastritis group, gastric ulcer group and control group respectively. Red blood cell (RBC) and hemoglobin (Hb) levels were found significantly lower (p<0,01, p<0,05 respectively) in the dogs with chronic gastritis compared to the control dogs. Occult-blood (hematemesis) was determined to mildly in 8 dogs with chronic gastritis, severely in 5 dogs with gastric ulcerations. Mucus samples were evaluated for existence of spiral microorganism and no significant difference was found between healthy and diseases dogs.
