Elazığ yöresinde kedilerde sabin-feldman boya testi ile anti-toxoplasma gondii antikorlarının araştırılması

Özet
Bu çalışma Elazığ yöresinde kediler üzerinde yapılmıştır. Toplam 36 kedi serumu Sabin-Feldman boya testi (SF) ile incelenmiş ve 20rsinde (%55.5) anti-Toxoplasma gondii antikoru saptanmıştır. Seropozitif kedilerin 9'u (%45) 1/16, 11'i (%55) 1/64 sulandırma basamaklarında pozitif bulunmuştur. Dışkı muayenesi ile kedilerin hiçbirinde Toxoplasma gondii oocystine rastlanmamıştır.
Abstract
This study was carried out in cats in Elazığ. A total of 36 cats were examined for the presence of anti-Toxoplasma gondii antibodies using Sabin-Feldman dye test (SF). Anti-Toxoplasma gondii antibodies were detected in 20 (55.5%) of the cats. Titers of 1/16, 1/64 were found in 9 (45%) and 11 (55%) of the seropozitive cats res¬pectively. Toxoplasma gondii oocyst was not found in the faeces examination.
