Özet
Bu çalışma; Holstein ırkı sığırlarda dili innerve eden cranial sinirlerin orijin, seyir ve innervasyon bölgelerini incelemek amacıyla yapıldı. Bu amaçla, materyal olarak Konya mezbahalarından temin edilen 8 adet Holstein ırkı sığır başı kullanıldı. Materyaller, %10'luk formaldehit solüsyonunda tespit edildikten sonra disseke edildi. Adı geçen sinirlerin, beyinin değişik bölümlerinden orijin aldıktan sonra cavum cranii'yi farklı deliklerden terkettikleri ve ilgili innervasyon bölgelerine ulaşarak sonlandıkları belirlendi. N. lingualis'in dilin rostral üçte ikisinde sonlandığı, chorda tympani'nin ise fissura petrotympanica'dan ayrıldıktan sonra n. lingualis'e katıldığı tespit edildi. N. glos-sopharyngeus'un medulla oblongata'dan orijin aldıktan sonra dilin caudal üçte birinde sonlandığı, n. hypoglossus'un ise medulla oblongata'dan orijin alarak dil kaslarında dağıldığı belirlendi.
Abstract
This study was carried out to investigate the origines, courses and innervation areas of the cranial nerves innervating the tongue in Holstein cattle. For this purpose, as a material, it was used the eight of Holstein cattle ensured from Konya slaughterhouses. The materials were dissected after fixed in formaldehit solution 10%.- It was de-, tected that the involved nerves left the cranial cavity through the different opening after steming from the different regions of the brain, then, ended by reaching the concerned innervation parts. The lingual nerve terminated in the rostral two thirds of the tongue. The chorda tympani joined to the lingual nerve after leaving the petrotympanic fissure. The glossopharyngeal nerve stemmed from the medulla oblongata, then, dispersed in the caudal one third of the tongue. The hypoglossal nerve scattered in the tongue muscles after arising from the medulla oblongata.
