Rat adenohipofizinin pars distalisindeki hücre tipleri üzerinde histokimyasal çalışmalar

Özet

Bu araştırmada, gelişme dönemindeki dişi ve erkek ratlar ile ergin erkek ratların; gebe, gebe olmayan ve laktasyondaki ergin dişi ratların hipofiz bezlerinin pars distalislerindeki hücre tiplerinin histolojik özelliklerinin ve sayısal dağılımlarının ışık mikroskobu ile belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Materyal olarak (20 dişi ve 10 erkek) toplam 30 Wistar ırkı Albino rat kullanıldı. İncelemeler sonucunda oval ya da yuvarlak şekilli asidofil sitoplazmalı hücrelere, incelenen bütün dönemlerde, pars distaliste dağınık durumda rastlandı. Hücrelerin çekirdekleri yuvarlak ve ekzantrik konumda lokalize olmuştu. Bu hücreler kapilar damarlar etrafında kordonlar oluşturmaktaydı. Asidofil hücre sayılarının gebelik ve laktasyonda diğer dönemlerden daha fazla olduğu dikkati çekti. Tireotropik hormon salgılayan (TSH) hücreler, pars distaliste homojen dağılım göstermekle beraber, pars distalisin merkezi ve lateral kısımlarında daha sıklıkla gözlendiler. TSH hücreleri yuvarlak, oval, üçgen ve polihedral şekillere sahiptiler. Çekirdekleri iri ve yuvarlak şekilliydi. Dişilerde erkeklerden daha fazla sayıda rastlanan bu hücreler, gelişme dönemindeki dişilerde diğer dönemlerdekinden daha fazla sayıdaydı. Yuvarlak-oval şekilli gonadotropik hücreler yuvarlak çekirdeğe sahip olup; pars distalis boyunca gözlendiler. Bu hücreler ergin dişide seksüel olgunluğa bağlı olarak en yüksek sayıda bulundular.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the histologie charasterictics of anterior pituitary cell types in the im-mature and mature males and also in immature, mature, pregnant and lactating female rats with the light microscope. As a material, 30 pituitary glands provided from Wistar albino rats were used (20 females and 10 males). Acidophilic cells were found to distribute throughout the pars distalis in all groups. These cells were round or ovoid in shape, and their nuclei were also round and localized eccentrically and the cells in contact with sinusoids. Their numbers were more greater at both lac-tational and pregnancy than these of the other stages. Although the tireotropic cells distributed throughout the pars distalis, these cells were observed more diffuse in the centrial and lateral areas of pars distalis. These cells were round, ovoid, stel-lar and various in shape, and their nuclei were large and round in shape. Their numbers were the greatest in mature female and they were much more in female than male. The round-ovoid shaped gonadotrophic cells were observed throughout the pars distalis. Their nuclei were round in shape. These cells were found at maximum numbers, depending on the se-xual period in the mature female.
