Özet
Bir yumurta tavuğunun boyun kısmı derisinde 35 g ağırlığında ve 3 x 2.5 x 2 cm ebatlarında sert, sapsız tümöral kitle saptandı. Tümörün üzerinde yüzeysel ülser ve kanamaların olduğu, kesit yüzünde ise kanamalarla birlikte yuvarlak biçimde, boz-beyaz, saydam odaklar gözlendi. Histopatolojik muayenede iyi differensiye ve az differensiye olmak üzere iki farklı bölge belirlendi. Makroskobik ve mikroskobik incelemeler sonucunda tümörün pirimer kaynaklı yassı hücreli karsinom olduğu belirlendi.
Abstract
35 g weight arid 3 x 2.5 x 2 cm dimension, a solid, non stem tumoral mass was observed in skin of the neck in a hen. Superficial ulcer and hemorrhage on the tumor and in addition to hemorrhage, circumferential, gray-white, and trans-parent points in the cross section were seen. Poorly and well-differentiated sites were determined in the histopathological examination. As a result of macroscopic and microscopic examination, it was found that the primer source of the tumor was squamous cell carcinoma.
