Özet
Bu çalışmada Kangal balık larında perifer kan ANAE pozitif lenfosit oranlarının belirlenmesi amaçlandı . Materyal olarak; 12 adet Kangal balığından alınan perifer kan örnekleri kullanıldı . Enzim aktivitesinin belirlenmesi için Iretilere ANAE demonstrasyon metodu uygulandı. ANAE pozitif lenfosit oranı % 62,06 olarak tespit edildi. Monosillerle. granülosillerin diffuz granüler pozitivite gösterdikleri; eritrosillerle trombosillerin ise negatif reaksiyon verdikleri gözlendi.
Abstract
The aim of the study was to deterrnine the pereentage of peripheral blood ANAE (+) Iymphoeytes in Kangal fishs by using an alpha-naphtyl aeetate esterase proeedure. Peripheral blood samples taken from 12 Kangal fishs were used. The pereentage of ANAE positive Iymphoeytes was 62.06%. There was a diffuse granular positivity against ANAE demonstration in monoeytes and granuloeytes; however negative reaetion were observed in erythrocytes and thrombocytes.
