Özet
Bu çalışmada 14 köpekte deneysel olarak n. laryngis cranialis ve n. laryngis caudalis'in tek taraflı nevrektomisi yapılarak unilateral larinks felei oluşturuldu. Nevrektomiyi izleyen onbeşinci günde 7 köpekte unilateral aritenoid lateralizasyonu, diğer 7 köpekte ise aritenoid kıkırdağın tiroid kıkırdağa tespit edilerek rima glottis'in mekanik olarak genişletilmesi teknikleri uygulandı. Postoperatif dönem 10, 30 ve 60. günlerdeki klinik bulgular ve kan gazları değerleri göz önüne alınarak iki teknik karşılaştırıldı. Sonuç olarak postoperatif klinik bulgular ve kan gazlan değerleri açısından unilateral aritenoid lateralizasyonu tekniğinin daha üstün olduğu saptandı.
Abstract
Experimentally unilateral neurectomy of the n. laryngis cranialis and n. laryngis caudalis was conducted on 14 dogs. In the fifteenth days of the neurectomy, two techniques, unilateral arytenoid latéralisation and the attechment of the cartilage arytenoidea to the thyroid cartilage were used to make mechanical widening of the rima glottis. Taking into consideration the clinical findings and blood gas parameters in postoperative 10, 30 and 60th days, two techniques were compared. Consequently unilateral arytenoid latéralisation technique was better than the other technique as to blood gas parameters and postoperative clinical findings.
